Passion For Fashion #25 : Train of Thought :

Dress: ModCloth ''stylish surprise'' // Sweater: Thrifted // Tights: Old Navy // Bag: Urban Planet
Funny story about this dress... it's another sweet stylish surprise from Modcloth and I was so excited when I got it, but sad because it seemed ill-suited for the Fall weather we're experiencing right now.  I tried it with a cardigan, but I still felt like I looked I was trying too hard to hold onto Summer.

BUT(!!) after putting it on, I realized I couldn't get it off.  The zipper was stuck.  So I had to make it work.  I had forgotten I even had this sweater, but I layered it over the dress, threw on a pair of fall-colored tights, my favorite TOMS wedge booties and I was good to go.  I loved that my new oversized skull bag worked with the look too!  Fashion crisis averted!!

Also, totally unrelated to this post... but I am trying to win a new camera.  All you have to do is click here and like my photo on the Kia Canada FB page.  Thanks!!

  8. Lena, hi! You know what I love about your blog/posts? Your artistic photographs! You don't just pose in your fashions, you are artistically placed in an grand photo. Your ensembles are great and your fashion sense is spot on but the way you present them to us as a viewing audience is sensitive, carefully planned out and in a word; demure, ya demure ~

Now to get caught up on the posts I have missed this week.
