Easy Pita Pizza

This is the quickest, easiest & most delicious supper you can put together.
No matter who is over for supper, all you need is:

Whole wheat pita bread
Pizza sauce
Pepperoni
Cheese
Whatever toppings you & your family/guests would like to add to their pizza!
(I like red peppers, red onions & pineapple!)

Pictured is hubby's pizza.
Along with the basic ingredients, he also added:

Red onions
Olives
Hot peppers
Feta cheese

A favorite combo around here is chicken, pesto & black olives!
Anything goes!
Once your pizza is assembled, pop it into the oven on broil until the cheese melts and you're done! Enjoy!

One of my faves and they are great for birthday parties too - kids love making their own! I also use English muffins for tinier ones!

I love this...we did mini pizzas with pita bread a bunch of times a long time ago, and then we stopped. We need to bring that back into the meal rotation; it's so easy!

Yummy! I had something similar for lunch yesterday except with a tortilla + just cheese, spinach + turkey! Yum! I'll have to try out your recipe, too!
