Fact: I am obsessed with these boots.
I cannot get enough of them! I love pairing them with a fun pair of tights & a dress.
It's my favorite look and I probably wear a few different versions of this exact outfit a few times a week.
Have I mentioned the weather here in Canada has been C-O-L-D lately!? -40 with the windchill anyone!? Doesn't matter... Mother Nature can't dish out anything me & my tights can't handle!
Fact: This outfit will also be forever known as the one I wore to register my baby for kindergarten.

Ruby will be entering the French Immersion Program this coming September. We are so excited the school has brought this option to the community. Being bilingual is very important around here (we live in Quebec), and because of Memphis' issues, sending HIM to a French school wasn't a possibility. Now, we'll be able to send both kids to the SAME school even though they will be following 2 separate programs.
Bittersweet that my little girl is growing up, but starting this new chapter with her will be awesome!
And because I haven't been able to get this song out of my head since I typed in the post title...

We've been complaining about the cold here for the last two week but since it is nowhere near -40 I'll keep mum about that.
Very cool that Ruby and do the French Immersion program ... we also believe there are huge advantages to speaking several languages.

Those are my exact favorite type of boots! I don't have a pair myself, though. And hurray for bilingual education! My native language is English and my husband's native language is Spanish, so we definitely plan to raise our kids speaking at least two languages!
