Fun Back-To-School Lunch Ideas

Like many parents with a kid heading back to school, I'm starting to panic.
The dreaded "school lunch" dilemna is upon us again!

Luckily, Memphis isn't an overly picky eater.  Our problem is he doesn't have a huge appetite during the day {side effects of the meds he takes}, but we still want him to get what he needs during the day...

So, let's make his lunches interesting!

What kid wouldn't get a kick out a lunch like this, right?
I'd really like to surprise Memphis with a really cool "first day of school" lunch this year!!

He loves fishing, so I'm thinking I might attempt the "Submarine" sandwich first!

those sandwiches look awesome but the way my son handles his school bag, the whole sandwich will have fallen apart by the time it's lunchtime!

I want a spongebob squarepants lunch, yes yes!! That would be amazing :)) My daughter would love it, but then she wouldn't eat it, but instead use it to make a play reciting lines from the show, hahah! xx

My son is a super picky eater. Seriously he eats the same couple of foods every day. I think this would be a fun way to introduce him to some new foods. Love the easter egg idea.

those sandwiches are amazing! it takes skill and patience which I both don't have. I don't have kids, hubby is about to deploy, dogs could care less, but I want someone to make me cool lunches too!! :)
